Cancellations Policy
Harshal Publications believes in helping its customers as far as possible and so we have made it very simple for our customers to cancel their orders and seek refunds.
Cancellations on orders will be considered only if the request for cancellation is made within 48 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and if we have initiated the process of shipping them. Also, all orders under Express Delivery cannot not be cancelled under any circumstances.
To cancel your Subscription, please write to our Subscriptions Department with your unique Subscriber’s Number and Order ID by opening a support ticket from your My Account page. Excluding special issues, issues which have been shipped and in case of digital subscription – issues that have been downloaded; we shall calculate the refund on pro-rata basis and issue a refund. In all instances, we will reply to your request confirming cancellation and that, where and when a refund is being processed.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective books or magazines please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. Receipt of damaged or defective books should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
Refunds Policy
If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription based on the issue cover price, plus postage and packaging costs. Please login to your account on our website to open a support ticket requesting cancellation and refund. We will calculate the amount due to you, communicate the same to you and issue a refund. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund as we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Do note that all refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days upon receipt of the refund request. All refund requests need to sent via customer support helpdesk ONLY. Any other mode/method of communication may delay the entire process.
